POSTING YOUR SHOES / ITEMS TO US:
Our service involves you, the customer, posting your item to us once you've completed your online order.

Start by inserting your item into a box or a bag. Use the DPD postal service, which involves printing a pre-paid postage label, attaching it to the parcel and taking it to one of the thousands of drop-off points used by DPD.
We aim to have all items returned to you within 10 days of them arriving at Glistening Kicks.
Please ensure all packages are properly sealed. This will protect against any damage or loss during shipping.
After your items have been fully serviced, we will re-package them and post them back to you free of charge.
ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN CHOOSE TO DROP THEM OFF, EITHER IN PERSON OR AT ONE OF OUR LOCAL COLLECTION POINTS:

Providing that you have spent a minimum of $20, we will ship your items back to you free of charge. Please just ensure that you add your name, number and return address inside your parcel and we will do the rest.
