We ask that you send your shoes / items to us, and we will ship them back to you free of charge.

(Minimum of £25 spend required)

 

Getting Your Shoes To Us:

Once you have ordered your clean, you will need to:

 

• Put your shoes / items in a secure box or bag.
• Include your name, phone number and postal address inside the packaging.
• Attach our address label to the outside.
• Send us your shoes using one of the 3 options below.

1. Post them to our address. 

2. Drop them off at one of our local collection points.

3. Drop them off at our store in person.

Simply drop your package off at one of these stores and we will come and pick them up.

Receiving Your Shoes Back:

 

Providing that you have spent a minimum of £25 we will ship your items back to you free of charge. Please just ensure that you add your name, number and return address inside your parcel and we will do the rest.

We aim to have your order send back to you within 10 days of us receiving it.
